Great accommodations even though it was very over priced for wha it was. Breakfast was okay but ran out of food pretty early. The customer service was great and the night receptionist exceptionally great and made our stay even better!

The outside looks good but when you get inside you can tell it's an old hotel that they remodeled. One working elevator, the lobby computer didn't work had to ask the front desk to print my boarding passes, the room smelled old/ mildew, rust around the lamp and the lamp shade, blonde hair on the shower glass (I have black hair), an ant problem, and the front desk guy didn't know anything because he just started. While I was outside some lady walked up to the hotel lobby door peeing, leaving a trail of her footsteps. I wouldn't recommend I won't be back.

The one entrance door was not working, the one elevator was not working, and there was a sign in the stairwell that the second floor pool was closed due to structural concerns.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We were there for a Taylor swift concert so everything was booked up. Exit doors were out of service, one elevator was out of service, the pool was out of service, and when asked where vending machines were to purchase water or snacks, we were directed to walk to gas station across the street. Just felt that for $600 for two nights, more features should have been IN service.

Never ever, ever, ever, like ever coming back here
Check in was quick- they couldn’t give us more than one room key because they were fully booked and were going to run out of keycards. The bathroom and vanity area is tiny. The room had a musty smell to it. The chair in the corner was dirty. The pictures on the website looked much better than the place actually looked. I would never stay here again.

I stayed at this property for a business trip. It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Bad customer, service the breakfast was worst. The housekeeping was a joke. I asked them specifically for my room to be cleaned, and I stayed there for three days and was not touched. Once the shower didn’t work. The gym had machines, but none of them worked. I will make sure that none of my family and friends ever.
