Called front desk at airport for shuttle and took 30 minutes to reach representative. Front desk was rude and not helpful. Room had mold and bugs in sheets. Had to take pictures of bugs to get another room. Would not recommend this hotel to stay in.

This property had mold everywhere in the room and bathroom. The pool has been closed for construction since April and it did not state that anywhere on the site when we booked the room. I would like to send pictures of the mold.

Pool sited by city building code inspector
The Best Western was not the best. When we arrived, we were greeted by this sign on the door. It took several looks to see it just involved the pool area.  The breakfast was bad and there was mold on the light shades in the room.
