Good place, read the fine print
The room was clean and spacious, with a great ocean view, bed was comfortable . Staff at front desk was friendly as well as the phone concierge. The service at the restaurant needs to be faster though. The food was good but we had to wait almos an hour for two gyro sandwiches. Their menu is very basic, and you are not allowed to bring ouside food or drinks. Something we didn't expect either was that we had to pay extra for each beach chair.

The property is very nice, great views and access to the beach onsite, clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The only disadvantage we thought was the parking which there is none, only valet.

Absolutely amazing stay, I couldn’t recommend this place I loved it and wish I could’ve stayed longer, so beautiful and extremely peaceful, couldn’t hear anything from our room it was so peaceful can’t recommend more

The staff are outstanding, friendly , helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable but could use a bit of updating,towels were shabby and beach area and lawn could use some uplifting. That being said it is a fine place to stay on the beach offered at a very reasonable price

It's ok if you're looking for a cheaper stay option. But def not a 3.5 star hotel. Getting your room cleaned is impossible, you have to book 2 days in advance through the app and there's no availability. So try to book as soon as you get in. And it's not free. Towels in room were old and smelled moldy. Bathroom shower leaked all over bathroom floor. No breakfast or room service available. Beachfront is nice. Parking is expensive.

What a joke! My fault for believing the good reviews. Walk in room to check it out and in the bathroom, there is a lot of long hair on the walls. Took pics and showed the front desk people and his response was that housekeeping was gone for the day. The toilet is 7 steps from the bed and there is No Exhaust fan so no explanation needed on that. We needed towels and there is no phone in the room so I went down to ask for towels and he said they'll bring them up. 10:30pm came around and no towels. Went back down and he handed me DAMP, Sour smelling towels! Valet driver backed a large, white BMW suv up into a spot and tapped the pole. Same driver almost backed into us when we dropped our car at valet, he didn't see us walking. PARKING is VALET ONLY, you pay 25$ a night and they hand you a device to choose the amount to tip them. No main light in room, just a small lamp. NO shelves in shower and no shower door, so put lots of towels on the floor. All your body wash, shampoo/conditioner, soap bars go on the floor. They offer some shampoo/conditioner on the wall but I would not trust that. I am on a No bend, lift, twist from spine surgery but had no choice with everything being on the floor. They painted a random wall and no sign or anything, so my son's shirt got ruined. OH!!! After dinner, we came back to hotel and pulled the sheets to go to sleep and SAND was IN the bed! HOW?? We had just stayed at a different hotel for 2 days prior to this one and it was absolutely perfect.

I don't even know what to start! I found this on Expedia but also saw it listed on Airbnb. The fact that I was able to get on the beach with a reasonable valet and a great room was amazing. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Having a full service restaurant with great drinks set another positive tone as well. I use the gym facility to work out everyday and loved its position with an ocean view! I was in town for a performance in Boca Raton. I was literally 15 minutes away from Boca, the airport in fort Lauderdale, and multiple golf courses - of which I took advantage! I'm going to go back here and you should check it out yourself!

Great stay! I would book again. Somethings that could use improvement: restaurant was out of most menu items, including bacon…tile floors in room were beyond filthy. Parking staff were extremely friendly and personable . View was priceless the waves very soothing.

Location was perfect , room was great !!! But if u want to eat breakfast , you have to pay for it , and parking the car with money , and they don’t have to much parking place , parking the car far away. Who responsible for parking the cars they were great guys.
