The hotel is OK, it's marked down due to the corporate function. I checked out on Saturday, today is Thursday, and still have not received my deposit back. Whenever I travel to America it is always a chase and emails to get back the money as a customer, I'm entitled to. They are always vague, with nominal charges appearing for items. It feels like they're using it for additional revenue, rather than a security deposit for damage. American hotels and vehicle hire seem to have real issues with this.

Dirty, poorly maintained

Room was dirty, property is not very well maintained. Mold on shower head, tiles falling off walls in bathroom. Not worth the price. I will not recommend staying there.
