Nothing absolutely terrible about this property, just not great. There's no lamps in the room so you either have to use the full bright ceiling fan light or feel around in the dark. This also means you can't turn off the light while in the bed. There's no outlet near the bed so hopefully you don't like to charge your phone while you sleep and then use it as your alarm. The toilet paper was like science class paper towel material; like I've seen places use single-ply and even half-ply toilet paper but this stuff was very stiff and thick. The bathroom has a pedestal sink so there's zero counter space for getting ready in the bathroom. This also means that the spare toilet paper is placed on the skinny window sill right next to the sink so every time you're trying to use the sink you'll probably knock the spare toilet paper roll into the sink or onto the floor. The windows are old (likely original from the 70's) and did not provide any sound barrier. It sounded like people and vehicles outside were in your room. Most annoying is probably that you have to pay for parking, like are there people walking to the motel?
The positives are that its right on the beach and right on the boardwalk which has a lot of places to eat. This place could be so much better with a few minor changes.
