The property looks great in pictures, but once we arrived the house was not clean, porches front and back full of dirty. The patio did not have grass and was dirty all over, and the pool was dirty settled in the bottom with insect flooding. The pool ladder was broken and we could not use the outdoors or the pool our family had 2 children btw 4 and 6 years old. The furniture was all over and the beach umbrella was broken on the floor. hose was left in the middle of the patio, looks like some work was being done and left everything scattered in the patio and dirty. bedroom fans were loose/detached from the ceiling making a loud notice when we turned them on making a loud noise, the AC in the bedroom was not working properly. The dining table was lame and the 4 chairs were loose, almost broken, and unsafe to sit on. The house has potential but needs a major repair and cleaning. The manager of the property per us full refunds and to look for another property but it was a Father's Day weekend and we finally settled with family out of town and kids we decided to stay, but the stay was not as we expected, and very uncomfortable to our family and kids. They only gave us for all the inconvenience $100.00 which we think was not fair for the number of broken items not being available to use the outdoor or pool. We at least hope this review will help to take action and the next family will enjoy the stay. We did not!

This property has everything you need. The host/property manager were quick to respond when we had trouble getting in. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. Lots of things to do close by and places to eat. I would recommend it to families with children because of the small pool. Could use some improvements inside however we didn't spend much time there.

The house was clean and we enjoyed staying here. There was an issue, but it was an easy fix and they were easy to contact about it. It was resolved quickly. They let you know about things to do or eat if you want any recommendations.

Prime location
The house was in prime location for shopping, eating, and even working out. The host was extremely communicative, responsive, and accommodating. My family stayed here for Christmas and the house was perfect for all six of us. We had everything we needed in the home. The house is a typical Florida home, meaning a little on the older side, but the hosts have really put in some work to make it very cute and modern. The backyard is beautiful and private! The only thing I would recommend is a towel bar in the bathroom that has the washer and dryer. That’s a minor suggestion for a great home that I will definitely stay at again!
