Not worth for the price charged. Even coffee or tea was not available 24 hours in lobby. The breakfast was very limited. The woffle machine was not working during our stay.

Called for more towels- we had 4 in our group and only 3 sets were in the room. We also asked for regular coffee - decaf was only provided. We were told someone would bring the items. Never received. Called in the morning and was told they didnt have enough staff to bring items to us.

I am not person who write reviews for each property but I don’t something which I need to raise, All the kitchen vassals are very bad, non of we are able to use except spoons, dirty spot on multiple places including kitchen and bathroom. Receptionist and staff are good and helpful, some of basic things like handwashing liquid are missing.. AC systems are old style but working conditions, no extra towels, no extra bedsheets. Big fridge are advantage

After going on a 5 day cruise with my very tired 7 year old, unloading at 8 AM in a different state than home, I called to ask if I could pay extra to check in earlier than 4 pm. Without hesitation she said yes, I wish I could remember her name! & sweetly offered a shuttle. (I’m not saying they will always be able to do this, but it was a first for me & very appreciative!) Will definitely stay again. Great staff. Properly is beautiful.

We chose a 2bed 2 bath room with fold out couch in sitting area. Had kitchen / dining area. Was perfect for our 6 family members. Really nice accommodations. Clean and neat. Lovely lady that took care of breakfast room. Complimentary shuttle picked us up at the airport. Hired their services that were offered to get to cruise port. Great place to stay.
