The staff could not have been more helpful at all times. All our requests were met promptly. The included breakfast was very adequate. WiFi and internet was patchy even in the room. sometimes good but other times unreliable and slow.This could be improved upon.

We stayed for one night, and the experience was overall satisfactory. However, the hotel could benefit from placing a clearer sign at the front of the building to indicate the reception. Upon arrival, it was dark and raining, and it took us some time to confirm we were in the right place. The room and bathroom were comfortable.

The room was large but it smelled like pets urine and it wasn’t very clean. The hotel in general wasn’t too clean. Main door wasn’t working either (wouldn’t slide open with motion sensor)

We stay at thia property on average 5 times a year but this last minute trip was the worst. The room we got was an upgrade with space because what we booked was “overbooked” but the light fixtures were faulty, the wifi didnt work and no one we spoke to could do anything about it, the block was “non smoking” but i guess someone just said “whatever just fine me” because the pungent smell of marijuana greeted you right off the elevator.

I don’t recommend this property. Staff at desk is not very friendly and there is only one person to check in and out so waiting long time. Could hear the oxygen machine of guest above us and that allowed little sleep. Little amenities. No ice machine for guests in the entire hotel and no trash cans around the outside of the facility. Says pet friendly then charge's $75 but nothing is printed on hotel or Expedia website. Even charges $5 to park in their parking lot. All the fees are then taxed so a $139 room cost $218!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. By a miracle I reserved a room here to evacuate my parents from Hurricane Milton. Not only did we have a refuge, but this hotel was very nice. The staff was amazing and kind. They themselves were dealing with the stress of their own situations, but they were patient, kind, and helpful to all of us running from the storm with our pets. It was a wonderful experience even under the dire circumstances. They even have great coffee, which is rare for this level of property. The area good, with a Publix in walking distance, and many restaurants nearby. It’s super easy to get to from 595/Alligator Alley. Thank you to the staff for everything.

My home flooded the night before the stay due to Hurricane Helene and I was unable to use one King room and requested a refund which Expedia and Sonesta ES Suites denied. I appealed with the State of Emergency and they denied to refund again. This refund of one of the rooms was the least they could do!

Overall, The place was clean, quiet, and near stores. The only complaint is having to pay for parking and it the hotel private parking lot. Not sure of the reasonings behind have to pay for their parking.
