not the best stay
i stayed at this property before when the name was staybridge suites but it sames as if the property is not up to the standard it was before.its the little things i notice 1.front desk clerk didnt wear name tag.2.we where a party of 5 and only 3 towels was in room.3.breakfast was not the best on that day they served some type of taco also no waffle machine anymore which i was looking forward too and there same to be a pancake machine which had an OUT OF ORDER sign on it.

Convenient location, to Broward Mall and other shopping plazas. Property was cleaned and smelled fresh. Staff was kind and courteous always willing to assist. Laundry room for guest was not cleaned, most of the washers and dryers were out of service. Washers gave awful smell as if it wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast was basic each morning no rotation of breakfast items.

Overall we had a good experience but had to deal with an issue where I was charged twice for parking that I had already paid for. Breakfast selection was nice and the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities that we needed. The location was ideal for shopping and dining. I would stay here again if I’m in the area and would recommended to others.

The wifi did not work in my room for my entire stay, which was super inconvenient since I was traveling for work. The credit card machine was down for purchasing any beverages or snacks from the front desk, and the breakfast options were minimal. My room in particular was not very clean.

Layout of room was good and spacious. Kitchen has no oven. Fridge was big but not very clean. Shower pressure was low. Breakfast was ok but pancake machine was out of order permanently (we stayed for a week and staff said it is out) people smoked near pool area. Other than that it was ok for the price.
