Beachfront condo with amazing penthouse view. Fully furnished and recently remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Enjoy the Gulf Beaches with only a 150 foot walk from the building. Quiet and away from all the crowds. Choose to play on professional tennis or pickleball courts. Weekly or monthly rental. No reason to rent a car with a Trolley running every 20 minutes to the north end of the island. Complimentary coffee, water, beach chairs and beach towels will be provided.
