You will absolutely love it here at Estero Beach & Tennis Club! Serene beach front condo has views from all windows..DIRECT GULF FRONT. Relax on your private balcony as you watch the dolphins swim by as the sun sets, enjoy sunrise with morning coffee and gentle breezes. If you need to relax this is the place. Enjoy a walk on the beach, reading under a provided beach umbrella, or choose hanging at the beachside pool.

Condo is on 7th Floor for a great panoramic direct view of the Gulf. Peaceful, quiet area allows listening to the waves roll in all day and evening. If familiar with Estero Beach Complex unit is in southern most building C, #704. Condo complex has heated swimming pool with gulf views and lounge area

This is a direct gulf-beach view ... not a side view. Sit just about anywhere in condo and watch the waves roll in and the dolphins swim by. Not to mention the fabulous sunsets!

Perfect staycation
I’m a Floridian, but wanted a nice, quiet beachfront condo to recharge and relax. This unit was excellent and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was responsive and everything was easy with check in and out. Hopefully the beach space will be restored soon and the construction finished from hurricane Ian, but it’s all in motion and the property is well maintained considering how hard this area was hit. Would 100% recommend if you want a quiet, well decorated space with an absolutely beautiful view.

The area is still under reconstruction post hurricane but this room is great! The view and access to the beach are the best. The room is well stocked with anything we needed! The owner was very good to work with and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great week long stay
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay there at the unit. We did not realize it was a studio unit without a separate bedroom until we looked closer at the photos until a few days before our stay and that did cause some issues since I typically get up a few hours before my wife and with a studio there is nowhere to go but outside. However, the units are very spacious and the layout is great. We really enjoyed the direct gulf view and on multiple occasions during the week we watched dolphins close to the beach from the balcony. The unit is very well maintained, the furniture and bed very comfortable. We wound up eating all of our meals there in the unit and every kitchen item we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway for two
This condo has been beautifully renovated and has everything you need. Very nicely decorated. The view of the Gulf and the sunsets from the balcony are superb. The unit was very clean and the owner communication was excellent. The area is still recovering from Hurricane Ian but there is a Publix a short drive away and a CVS within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Perfect paradise getaway
I feel that this property may have ruined us for any future rental anywhere else. This experience, property, owner, cleanliness, location and so many other things that I cannot even think of at the moment, were absolutely perfect. From the meticulously cleaned, spacious studio apartment to the little chocolates waiting for us, every need we could have was met. The owner was so responsive, kind and accessible. My husband and I feel truly blessed to have had this experience, especially during what could have been a stressful first week at a new job, in a new location. Thank you Joan for making our stay comfortable, beautiful and complete.
