Our stay was pleasant with no issues, the beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff was very responsive. The only thing that I would recommend is that the shower curtain pole is lowered or getting a longer curtain to avoid the water mess from the shower.

Ok motel, but no front desk

Checkin was done through a computer in the office. That was fine, but when it come to contacting someone on the property that was impossible. Called front desk and no answer and went to front desk and no one to be seen. The hotel was fine, but don’t expect anyone to be there to answer questions or solve problems.

The location is average. The AC and a noisy dehumidifier in the room ran all night. We stuffed a towel under the door to stop the fumes from the utility vehicles parked near our room which ran most of the night. We forgot our bag of laundry. I called and was told they would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. I called back after a half hour; they told me I could come back to get it. I explained I was boarding a plane shortly and asked if they could ship it to me-- they had my credit card on file for incidentals and I would approve this charge. Again was told they would call back in 5 to 10 minutes, again I had to call back in a half hour. They refused to help me and told me I would have to come back for the bag. I repeated I was catching a flight, I live across the country. Again refused to help me. We had a great stay at another location. This one was awful. I won't use this chain ever again.
