'BEST BUY' Affordable & Beautiful Waterfront Condo w/Sunbathing Deck

Enjoy the comfort of this beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Our unit (ground floor) is located on one of the larger canals in Cape Coral & has all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The unit has a screened-in lanai off the living area where you can sit and watch the boats go by or just enjoy the beautiful breezes blowing on the palms. Just outside is a large deck with a tiki hut for your relaxation and sunbathing. You can fish off this deck or one of four boat docks for your use. The heated swimming pool is located just above the deck which is shared with only 7 other units.

Fine location, but the condo was Old, Worn and Dirty
We arrived and found a unit that was not ready for guests. We immediately contacted the manager and VRBO support. Black mold on the on the inside of windows and window frames. The bathroom light, kitchen light and garbage disposal all didn't work and the kitchen faucet just trickled. Dirt on the window sills and black dirt on the ceiling fans. The screened in porch and outdoor furniture were absolutely filthy. Old towels and matted, dirty bathroom rugs. We had friends who were going to stay with us, but they went to a hotel instead. On a positive note, the on-site contact, Mike, was very helpful and courteous. We left the unit on Sunday so he could do repairs and then we left again on Tuesday so he could bring in a cleaning crew. We appreciated his efforts. It was definitely better, however it still needs to be refreshed, deep cleaned and updated. We left a few days early and stayed with some friends at another VRBO property. It was a disappointing experience and not worth the rental price we paid. We were offered nothing for these issues or our inconvenience.

The Waterfront Condo was peaceful and enjoyable. We were able to relax with plenty of privacy. The sun deck was fantastic and we had several visitors including dolphins and gators. My husband and I also enjoyed fishing and taking a nice dip in the pool on occasion. Jeff and his dad were excellent. Our only issue was ants which are pretty common in Florida so no biggie. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a very nice condo in a excellent location. We were able to fish off of docks. Close to everything. Only thing that I would recommend to the owner, the beach chairs should be updated. It was everything advertised and more. We would recommend and would stay again

Perfect Get Away Spot
Just returned home from 3 fabulous weeks at this beautiful condo, peaceful, gorgeous setting with a huge deck to sit by the canal and relax, watching the boats go by. Condo was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need plus! Very clean, the king bed was so comfortable, the shower was great and the owner was very quick to address any concerns, which were minor. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who may be looking for the perfect spot! We loved it so much that we already booked it for next January for a month!

This waterfront condo contained everything we might possibly need for our vacation, including beach chairs and even fishing rods! We truly appreciated the extra touches, like the supply of coffee filters and free wifi. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the boats drive by. Our first VRBO experience was a very good one.

We like the area, the canal, explored cape coral. Had a few minor issues. Front toilet leaks, stove light burnt out, several blinds don't work, landscaping very o er grown. Porch view obstructed.

Wonderful Vacation!
My wife and I vacationed here for two weeks and absolutely loved everything about the area location as well as the property itself. The owner goes above and beyond to supply and equip the condo with everything you may need to experience a relaxing and enjoyable stay. All you need to bring are your personal items. The property was professionally cleaned as we could tell from the fresh smell from the moment that we first walked in which was a concern with COVID etc. The location was ideal as we were close to shopping, dining and beaches. We also enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the screened lanai overlooking the canal. Overall, I can't think of anything about this property that we didn't like from the price, amenities provided, location and ease of check in and check out. I would strongly recommend this condo for your vacation.
