The amenities in this place are incredible, you have bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, grills, fire pits, AND breakfast included… rooms are clean and tidy and staff is super attentive and nice. Will recommend and will be returning for sure.

This is so worth every penny. Free water aports on the canal .... breakfast area is perfect. Loved the kitchy look ans then pool was pwrfect for my boys. Close to sanibel lighthouse beach and the price was literally unbelievable. Id stay again in a heartbeat.

Old place but cozy. The air conditioner was moldy causing us major allergies. Only had 2 adult kayaks and one for a child. We would have to go the other location to use 3 adult kayaks. Breakfast is dry food and coffee and refrigerated drinks. Should be clear not a real breakfast. Love that there’s a portable stove too and full pots to cook and dining wear. Convenient location to get to the beach but not horribly expensive.

This is a great place to stop in Florida. We love this hotel because if it’s old time ass and it’s access to the water, we’re all fun inconvenient and there is a nice restaurant within walking distance.

Photos a little misleading - room given was NOT the photo shown also on busy / noisy highway so when you are in the pool all you hear are cars driving by by, no working vending machines as they stated they had onsite - but nice place to fish and their continental breakfast spreads was nice, definitely a NO frills place - wish they would fill in the landscaping and make pool more inviting

Beautifully decorated tropical scheme. Nice pool. It is close to the road so you do get road noise. We had to move rooms because of the a/c but they were very accommodating. Restaurants are close by. We used this hotel as our overnight before boarding the fast ferry to key west. It worked out great!

The room definitely wasn't worth $150.00, more like $75.00. We killed two palmetto bugs, had to remove the filter in the faucet to get a steady stream of water because it was clogged up, the coffee tasted like flavored water, the beds were terrible and the furniture extremely cheap. I would never go back there again.
