Two dissappointments
Amazingly for a travel hotel, the breakfast was over by 9 AM. All other hotels on our trip serve breakfast until 10 so we had a few other couples showed up at 9:30 and it was all closed down. Also, we could not figure out how to turn the air conditioning on in spite of playing with the thermostat for about 15 minutes.

The breakfast was very inadequate. The eggs were sogged with water. The sausages were very bland andnot cooked very well. The staff were very good and the waffles were great so at least we had some breakfast until we went out for a proper breakfast.

Stay was pretty great other than being told they normally don't allow trailers in their parking lot. It was just a small ATV trailer and I've probably stayed at a hundred hotels for as much traveling as I do for work and have never even heard of that before.

Did not know about this place. We did a last minute booking and was very happily surprised by the quality of the property and the staff. The issue we had was very quickly rectified and the stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast was very good with many options. We'll seek out these hotels again in Utah or Montana and will definitely stay here next time we're in the area.

Our trip was a short stay just to take our mother to the airport, however the stay was very nice and clean, I wish we had a longer stay because it was super nice and clean we will definitely stay there again.

Was easy to get to. Denny's right next door. Breakfast had a good selection (normal for this chain). Would have liked to see a freezer as part of the in room fridge so I could keep my ice pack frozen. The shower head needed to be replaced/cleaned as it was clogged up with scale.

My wife and I have stayed at Crystal Inn for years. Staff are great, the room is a little dated but still nice. The location is good and close to the highway and the airport. Unfortunately it is across from a giant truck stop so there’s a lot of noise. Also unless you want to try the world’s worst Dennys you are out of luck when it comes to dining.
