Great check in. I have been traveling with pets and even though I indicated I was traveling with pets on Expedia (I booked through them) the information was not included with my reservation. When I went to check in the hotel had a large group there and they did not have anymore pet friendly rooms available. The lady checking us in gave us a room (still on 1st floor) that wasn’t a room usually rented out to people with pets. The room was wonderful. Lots of space. Having breakfast included is so helpful. We’d been traveling for days and still had a couple more to go. Being able to get up early and grab breakfast saves time and being included, saves money. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend

Front desk staff was very friendly, helpfull, informative. But the overall hotel itself needs updated badly. Not even usb plugs to charge stuff. The housekeeping staff very obviously gives 0 f***. Tv remote was DISGUSTING, visible smudges on drapes, fuzzy dust on top of lights, ect. The room was spacious tho and bed was decent. Would not recommend unless you have no choice

Room seemed nice but bed was hard. Neither of us could sleep. Terrible. We both kept waking up and couldnt get comfortable. Worst bed I've slept on in a LONG time! And we had a king suite!
