The carpet was nasty and should have been replaced a long time ago. The room smelled probably because of the carpet. If the carpet was replaced this probably would be a good place to stay. Now, cannot recommend. there are better options. I would give the staff a zero for allowing this room to be occupied in this condition.

Overall was an amazing stay! the only thing was when we checked in they didn’t warn us or let us know when housekeeping usually checks rooms and when housekeeping came my friend and I were sleeping as we got to the hotel at 3am and the door was opened and it scared me awake. Unfortunately the ARC has gone down the last year or so. Something is always broken in the room, seems like they are letting it go and not repairing or updating. Sad, really enjoyed it when they first took over.
