Comfy beds, friendly service, but not so clean.
The service was friendly and efficient. The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in. The hotel itself is a little older, and shows some wear and tear. The one thing that would make me reconsider staying there was the lack of cleanliness: there were hairs in the bathroom of the short and curly variety. Overall, I would stay there if most of the other hotels in the area were already booked.

Family friendly stay, especially with kids. The best thing was we were offered a ground floor room which is accessible to pool area, dining and lounge. Parking space is good too.

I got up to use the restroom last night… (the shower was dingy and the water pressure was sad) to find roaches in the bathroom. I was so freaked out I barely slept the rest of the night. There were several $50 dollar options in town that I passed up for this $120 choice. I thought I was paying for the safety and cleanliness I usually find with this hotel chain. Not this time.
