check in was very friendly. First room had a broken fan, tried to call front desk, phone was broken. My husband went down and got us moved to a room across the hall but it was a big inconvenience as we didn't realize until we were going to bed and we were exhausted from travel. Was expensive for what we received and the room was $120 cheaper if you didn't purchase on hotels.com Good area, quiet with lots of restaurants nearby in this case we didn't get what we paid for. :(

The whole facility needs windows cleaned, common area walls need painting, etc. The topper was that the shower in the room above had a major leak when they took a shower, which came through the ceiling into our shower. It has obviously been doing so for some time, as there was what appears to be mold.

Don’t stay here!
I will never reserve a room where my last day of cancelation is the day before I arrive. After driving for 4 hours and seeing this hotel for the first time, went up to my room with my clothes, and I was so disappointed. The hotel was dated, dirty, dingy, and smelly. I could not stay and the manager refused to refund both of my night stays. He kept $106.36. I thought when you are dissatisfied with a product the customer’s money is refunded. I was being kind but the manager chose to hang up on me and keep my money.

If you don't get your hopes up and realize you're just sleeping there, it's fine. The hotel itself was clean and felt safe. The check in was easy and the night manager was pleasant and polite. In the room itself, things show some age-- chipping paint, knocked furniture. Nothing that impacts the stay, but noticeable. Biggest issue for me is that the room was published as sleeping 6 people. Our party had 6 people. When I asked for a 6th towel in the morning, I was told I could only have it of I brought down some dirty towels. No explanation and no apology or anything like that. This struck me as quite odd. I felt weird and slightly accused at the shear notion. But needing to shower, i obliged. Breakfast was fine. Nothing to write home about, but good nonetheless. Without the incident with the towels I may not have taken the time to even write a review. The stay was fine, the facility was average. It was just that weird interaction.

I would stay again.
Check in was good. The room was nice with a desk and couch. Everything worked fine except the toilet was loose from the floor and didnt flush properly. Ive stayed at this hotel 1 night in August for the last 5 years and I will stay again next year. Very convenient.
