Love the location for Thanksgiving Eve activities in downtown Fort Wayne with family. Getting room serviced took some effort. Windows either compromised or need cleaning, couldn't see a thing, and we had snow to watch... Staff really friendly.

The plus was the skywalk to and from the garage. I hated the fact that there was dried vomit in the elevator for my ENTIRE 3d/2n stay at THE HILTON!!! I hated the MUSTIEST smell ever when I opened my door! I hated the mold on the shower walls, the missing light cover in the bathroom, the messy patchwork of a previous hole plus the additional crack not addressed on the dirty bathroom door, and the standing water in the single-pane window sills which created condensation halfway up the window. The most positive things I can say are: The front desk ladies were pleasant, polite, and helpful. The location was in excellent proximity to my family. The heat worked while aiding the already established musty stench in the room. I declined the offer of the two two dollar bottled waters on the desk.When I booked my room through a third party, I had the HIGHEST expectation because it was the HILTON HOTEL. I apologize for not appreciating the initial greeting of dried vomit on the parking garage elevator. I’m sorry for expecting a clean odor free room with a clean mold free shower, undamaged door and covered light fixtures. My HILTON HOTEL experience was the worst part of celebrating Thanksgiving holiday for the first time in five years after a painful loss. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR FUTURE STAYS TO ANYONE ELSE. DAMN HILTON, YOU DROPPED THE BALL ON MY FIRST STAY AWAY FROM HOME ON THE HOLIDAY AFTER ALL THIS TIME. Caution: there’s a disassembled H2O fountain on the second floor.

The staff was professional, the food at the bar restaurant was really good. I was disappointed the pool was closed completely which is a reason I chose to stay here and some of the fitness equipment was broken. For a Hilton I was hoping for better.

Everything was average nothing special. They charge you for everything all over priced for being a Hilton I would been better off in a best western with free breakfast
