Nice hotel good breakfast, only thing is the door to the pool is a little tricky to open when you wanna come back inside the hotel. But other than that I recommend we stayed here for 4 nights no complain. 😁

We were told they were giving us a complimentary room upgrade for our anniversary but when we got to our room I don’t even think it was the one I originally paid for. I’m pretty sure it was a cheaper room. The bed was not comfortable. Need to get new mattresses.

Pros: It's quiet, safe, and clean. Nice little breakfast as well. Cons: The lady that works evenings at the front desk has zero personality and seems like she hates her job. Stayed her twice and both times she acted irritated to check us in. A smile or "thank you for choosing us" or literally anything other than the scowl she gives you while she checks you in with the most droll tone and disparaging remarks about children right in front of your kids would be a nice. She's awful. Zero hospitality points for her.

We found several hairs in our bed upon pulling the sheets back. Not what we expected, it was very late, we were tired. We picked them off the sheets and went to sleep

You get what you pay for!
1st room we were given was dirty! Trash on floor, hair in bed, deodorant under the edge of the sofa. 2nd room we were moved to the air conditioner didn’t blow properly to cool off room. 3rd room was better air conditioner cooled but couldn’t adjust the fan speed. Breakfast food didn’t stay stocked the on day we decided to have breakfast. The day of check out the front desk attendant was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience that I asked for a receipt. Rooms are outdated.

Uncomfort Suites Roanoke
The front desk lady is rude, with no smile, no eye contact, and very monotone, asking for CC and ID. Very disrespectful to the customer. The bed made me very uncomfortable, so I immediately booked the remaining trip with Aloft nearby. Do not go there, it is an uncomfortable suite @ Roanoke. I want my remaining two nights to be refunded.

Would not accommodate us for putting in a room with a broken shower and bathtub and roon smelled like cigarettes. Continuously got locked out of our room customer service desk was completely unprofessional and extremely rude
