Guests of A 'Tee'rrific Time (18-years-and-older) will have access to the Texas 9 Golf Course and gym.

This location is central with easy access to downtown Fort Worth, Cowboy's AT&T Stadium, Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, UTA, and the Rangers Stadium.

The first floor has an open seating plan that flows great for conversation and entertainment with a half bath and laundry room off the kitchen. Private outdoor seating is just outside the dining space.

A stairway next to the front door leads up to 3 separate bedrooms to include the Master Suite (with a king bed, firm mattress, walk-in closet, and master bath), a second bedroom (with a queen bed, medium mattress and closet), and a third bedroom (with a full bed, firm mattress and a twin bed, medium mattress). The two smaller bedrooms share a full bathroom.
