Service was off this trip. Asked twice for coffee set up refill in the room two different days and never got it. After waiting 30 minutes on bellman for luggage help we left - they never showed up. Breakfast closed earlier than said time. Food and coffee was gone before closing time. Disappointed because we usually love this hotel and had two other couples we recommended it there.

Toilet seat was broken but they fixed it in a timely manner. Heater was broken on swimming pool and hot tub so the water was very cold - unable to swim or use hot tub in comfort - very disappointing. All other aspects of the hotel were great !

It was ok, as far as hotels go. But, seeing as we were hoping to make it a fun weekend with our kids, the FREEZING cold pool and cold hot tub really messed with our plans. We decided to go back to the room for a movie but even with the volume all the way up, we could hardly hear it. The shower had no conditioner left in the bottle when we tried to take showers. None of this was a huge deal, but it definitely put a damper on our weekend, since our main activities didn’t function correctly.

Nice amenities, great location, free valet! However, there was a family above our room so it was very loud with footsteps and hearing the water rush everytine they flushed their toilet. Also, woke up to sirens and crane construction outside of my window.
