Patience is a ....
From the moment we entered, the reception was warm and inviting. Niece has special needs and she was pretending to do magic by opening and closing the (automatic) door. Grover(?) did not get upset. Gave us a few options for food delivery. Wonderful!

The staff were friendly, helpful, delightful. Its a good location for Trinity River Park and local restaurants. Negatives: Old facility, Our AC made a knocking noise when it was running (noisy when trying to sleep). Breakfast is ok but the great Pancake House is across the street. It seems safe. No glass in the parking lot and we walked around at night with no problems.

The cleaning crew was lackluster and did not give me new towels or toilet paper. One of their front desk attendants was smoking pot with the tenants and would leave the desk unattended. Construction inside the property without any notice. Very dated and old. Musty odor. Won't be returning to a Marriot anytime.
