Welcome to our Funkytown Farmhouse on 2.6 acres just outside Fort Worth city limits! Nestled under a canopy of beautiful mature trees this property is the quiet retreat you've been looking for! Newly renovated and decorated, this home sleeps up to 24 while also offering amazing nature views, a private diving pool with slide and hot tub, and a separate Game Room outbuilding equipped with a 12-foot shuffleboard table.

Not only is the Funkytown Farmhouse stylish and comfortable, but its location is also ideal for those wanting to enjoy the country but still have all of the benefits of the city.

ABOUT THE HOME
As you enter, you are greeted by the Great Room which spaciously boasts comfortable seating for 10 people while still maintaining a warm and inviting environment perfect for gathering . This room also has a Frame TV which looks like art when not in use, as well as a unique pellet stove fireplace perfect for cold evenings. It doesn’t happen often but occasionally we do have fireplace weather here in Texas! :)

Adjacent to the Great Room and just off the kitchen is the second living space with seating for 6 and views of the pool. The well-equipped Kitchen features a large island, counter seating for 4, and double ovens. The Chef in your group won’t be disappointed as everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal is readily available. Coffee lovers we’ve got you covered with choice of Keurig or drip coffee maker so be sure to bring your favorite roast. Also, we hope you’ll mainly be relaxing but If you find you have a need for them, an oversized washer and dryer are just off the kitchen!

BEDROOMS
The Primary bedroom or as we like to call it due to its cheery decor, the Sunshine Room, is just off the Great Room. It features a king-sized bed as well as a Twin sized daybed, both have memory foam mattresses. The large on suite bathroom is equipped with a huge modern soaker tub as well as a separate shower and dual sink vanity and large closet.

2nd Bedroom is the Sage Room. The soft color pallet, King sized memory foam bed, and 32” TV make this space a sought-after retreat!

3rd Bedroom is the Coral Room with boho vibes, high ceilings, and view of the countryside. It’s set up with two Queen memory foam beds, 32” TV and a spacious closet.

The Sage and Coral Rooms share a full-sized bath with tub/ shower combination and a large vanity.

The Magnolia room is the 4th bedroom off the kitchen. Truly one of the best rooms on the property, this space features a memory foam queen bed surrounded by large bay window with amazing views.

The Rose Room is the 5th bedroom and its location at the back of the house brings an added element of privacy. This room sleeps up to 3 with a Queen-sized bed as well as a Twin daybed. Here you will also find a 32” TV, good-sized closet, and a view of the pool.

Our 6th and largest bedroom is the Bunk Room! It features 2 sets of custom-built Twin over Queen bunkbeds with upgraded linens and memory foam mattresses. Each of the bunkbeds features a storage cubby with plug for easy charging. We know how important it is to charge those devices! This room also has a large living space with two leather sofas as well as a 55” TV and a dining table. Bring on the pizza and popcorn… This is a great place to gather the crew for movie night! The Bunk Room also has its own ensuite bathroom with shower.

GAMEROOM

Located in a separate building you will find the Game Room! This building has a 12-foot shuffleboard table, wet bar, 2nd full refrigerator with freezer, and Keurig coffee maker. You will also find another full bath with shower as well as a 55” TV. While not technically a bedroom, this space offers a queen-sized murphy bed and a King Sized bed with memory foam mattress. Also be sure to check out the various board and card games!

OUTDOOR SPACE
The large pool has both a slide and a diving board and is fully fenced and separate from the yard area. On the back patio you will find an outdoor dining table seating 8… and an additional picnic area can be found in the yard. For the littles we offer a fun playground area with swings, fort, and a slide. For outdoor cooking there is also a gas grill.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

PARKING
We have plenty of parking so bring on the cars! We ask that you park them on the left side of the driveway in the East pasture.

TVs
While we don't offer cable, each tv is equipped with a Roku for watching all your guilty pleasures. So feel free to BYOL (bring your own login) and log in to any service you're subscribed to.

SECURITY
In an effort to secure the premises, the front of the home equipped with three exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside or pool area. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property :)

Plenty of parking on our 2.6 acres! Driving a vehicle is recommended but Uber is available.

*Booking Person must be at least 21 years of age, submit a government issued ID, and stay the entire length of the reservation period.

*All bookings must complete the point of contact form and sign booking agreement within 72 hours of reserving the property.

*Holiday Decorations are in place for guest stays during November and December.
