Check in clerk was rude because we used Hotels.com to make reservations. She couldn't find my name on reservations and griped that we used "a 3rd party" to make reservations. Had to pay to park. Many small black bugs running around bathroom floor,walls and counter tops. No room service. Sign on our door said vending machine was next to ice machine. No vending machines. Tried to use laundry but it had no coin operated machines. Had to use Paypal with minimum $25 purchase. Hilton has gone downhill.

My opinion.
Place is nice and clean no problems there kids loved the pool.. only things i did not like was you had to park in parking garage across the street and they offer breakfast buffet but it costs extra at 17 dollars a person for the same stuff other hotels offer for free included in a continental break fast.. and i feel it was a bit pricey for 3 nights stay other than that it was a good stay and close to the fort worth zoo as well as other things which is a plus.

The front desk people were amazing especially Marah. She was kind and extremely helpful. The facility it beautiful. The room was clean and fresh smelling! The pool was kid friendly and opened until midnight which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again.
