Check in was at 4pm after our flight was cancelled and we drove in from 16 hours away all we wanted to do was check in and relax. Upon arriving at 4:15pm our 3 rooms were not ready until around 5:15pm/5:30pm. They gave us the excuse that that had been booked solid the previous night which had nothing to do with us and offered no compensation. The entire time we were there we only had one operable elevator for the 8 floor hotel so it seemed that everything was pay us then hurry up and wait!!
