The lobby area and main areas made the hotel look very luxurious however, upon arriving to my room I discovered that the hotel was very outdated. Staff was very kind and accomodating however. Also, the showers looked kind of dingy and faucet and drain had grime on them. I would say for the price, we’ve stayed at better hotels for half the price. I guess you’re really just paying for the name “Omni”. Also, if you’re bringing a vehicle they only do valet and it’s $48 a night.

Well didnt have hot water when we woke up. It was the entire hotel. It didnt get fixed until 1030. They could have done more for the issue with refunds then what they said to do. It was a $200 room and we couldnt wven take a shower. Plus for being that fancy the small details in the room ahould be taken ino consideration.

Valet brought my truck for me to leave out for the day and my center cap for one of my rims on my truck was missing, I asked the management about it, he said he would review the camera amd let me know, I heard nothing that day, when I returned I brought it up again they said they would let a supervisor know, the following morning to check out I asked again, the manager advised he got busy and forgot, he took my number again and said give him 30 minutes after 3hours I called back another said that he was going to call the manager back ao that he could call me. This was at check at 11am and it is now 7:33p.m. and still have not received a call back, This was only the valet department the rest of the hotel was amazing.

The wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary. The Omni gave us a complimentary cake and chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone was friendly and helping. Checking in was a breeze. The room itself was clean and nice. I will definitely be coming back and i recommend staying at the Omni if you will be in Fort Worth.
