I got put in Room 128. There was so much going on, first I literally had to walk around the block to find the room, then I walk in first thing I see, mud covered chair. I run to the bathroom, nothing is even close to clean and there was a hole punched in the door. Then come out to the main room the beds were wrapped in sheets of plastic, like window plastic, the unit in the window smelled funny, it was straight mold! I went to the office for a refund and was advised that I had to have Expedia send them an email so they could approve the refund…. THEY REFUSED MY REFUND ON A ROOM NO LIVING THING SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN EVER!!!! Worst hotel experience in my entire life!!!!!

There was mold on the curtains, sticky substances on the comforter and the carpets. Bugs including a roach carwling around. The door had a used klenex stuck to it. The dresser didnt have any bottoms to the drawers. It was absolutely filthy. We left and got a new gotel and just ate the costs.

I had a smoking room- my room was dirty, the room door was opened when I arrived. There were burn holes in the linens. Grease and food stains on the furniture. Burn holes on the lounge chair. The security lock was missing from the wall. The towels were ratty. Never Again!

I showed up to the property to check in with my service dog and was told because I wouldn’t show her Id card I could not check in and would not receive a refund And I had already paid for a whole week stay I wasn’t sure what to do I used all the money I had to book my room this wa a horrible experience for me and my service dog

It was a horrible experience. First our key didn’t work and had to walk all the way back around the building to get it redone. That took about 20 minutes. When I got back and let myself and my family into the room, there was a large stain on the carpet by the AC unit, cigarette burns all over the comforters which was interesting because we were in a Non Smoking room. Dead bugs along the edge of the room. The TV would turn on but there was only sound no picture. The toilet leaked water from the handle every time you flushed it. There were large cockroaches outside on the walls and windows of the building. It was an absolutely horrible experience and will never stay at a super 8 again if I can help it. It didn’t feel safe at all and we had children traveling with us.

Floors appear to have not been cleaned in... Some time. Crumbs and even crumpled up papers around, tons of hair and stickiness in the bathroom. Bathroom surfaces appeared to have had a basic wipe down, and the sheets were changed. But the room was in desperate need of a deep clean. Every nook and cranny was almost shockingly grimy (and my standards for clean are not high, folks, I often stay in hostels). This was dirty enough that I checked for bed bugs. I didn't find bed bugs, but the sheets and towels were all covered in orange and brown stains (like... At least use some bleach? Everything was white), and I did find a hairy-looking bug hanging out between the mattress and box spring. Probably enjoying the feast of crumbs and hair there. Shower was moldy. Bathroom door was hanging on by one hinge, and the handle appeared to be taped on. When we got to the room the temperature was set to 61 degrees? I was genuinely shocked that the place was in such disrepair and so dirty.

Cigarette burn marks on all of the covers (despite being in a non-smoking room). During day 2 of our stay the water wash shut off. I called the reception desk to inform them about it and to get a bottle of water to wash my hands. The front desk worker said that the pool was available for handwashing. I plainly refused and asked again for the bottle of water. 15 minutes later he arrived to the room and handed me the bottles, but said "Dont drink the water". I quickly sniffed the bottles to find that he in fact put pool water in the bottles. After that, me and my friend went to the Loves rest stop to take showers, as the water had not been turned back on after we went to bed. We spent $40 on showers for the trip. The water was not turned back on until almost 48 hours after the initial break. I called the desk to ask to speak with the manager. The front desk employee refused to establish a direct contact, but acted as a middleman. All communications from the front desk to the manager were conducted in Hindi, so I couldnt understand any of what he was saying to the manager and vice versa. I asked for a simple $40 refund for the showers (I had proper receipts and timestamps). The manager refused and wanted to give me discounts and rewards points. Then he made the excuse that the hotel across the street had a deal with them that in the event of water loss, guests would go over there instead. I was never informed on this deal (hinted at by the pool water incident).
