When we arrived, even though we booked through Expedia, the motel made us pay additional fees that we were unaware of. I also had to pay a deposit (which is normal) but never received my deposit back even though we left the room how we found it. The room was filthy with dirty towels still there from previous guests. There were stains on walls and bedsheets. Bedsheets had holes in them. I also have a lot of bug bites from staying there (I think flees in the room). The breakfast consists of only big Texas cinnamon rolls and honey buns. I asked for some water and the staffs response was that they don’t offer water…. ????? What who doesn’t offer WATER???? Staff was less than helpful on anything I brought to their attention. I do NOT recommend staying here unless you’re looking to score a drug deal. Used needles were hidden throughout the facility with several people who had obviously been using recently. The only good thing I can say about my stay here was that the a/c worked well.

They literally applied money scam during your check in for everyone. You have to pay $20 in cash and you can't get your money back. My flight was 5 am and they said I can get back just 10 am time for check out. Dirty bath towel, sheet with stain. My room was stink at the second day. We found spoiled food inside the cabinet. I have to ask for new bath towels and other clean stuffs. Basically stuffs provide for any hotel

A poor choice
This place was abysmal. It had a serious gnat infestation, no phone or alarm clock in the room, electrical plugs protruding from wall, the mattress felt like a bag of hard springs, the drapery was old, stained, and showing poor-quality repairs, the requested comforter (instead of bedspread) had burn holes, bed base has retainers that protruded and can be hit repeatedly by shins/calves (many bruises and cut/scrapes received), refrigerator was iced over and moderately working, guests were openly smoking marijuana in common areas (and while seated on the stairs), the AC/Heater unit controls did not work properly and it would run most of the time regardless of control settings, the toilet is too close to a side wall so that anyone, other than a small child to sit on it, you must sit at an angle, computers are not allowed access to the internet through direct connection (management said that "the Wi-Fi is for your phone, not computers/laptops." This left me unable to directly connect work laptop for entire stay of 1 week.

First we made it to the room and they required a deposit that was never mentioned then we get our room and it’s flies every where burn holes in the blankets and most importantly so much mold and mildew growing all from the refrigerator it was so noticeable that the wood was rotting told the manager about it and he offered to spray something on it as if it was a joke he changed our room which was no better still dirty I had to get my own sheets and blanket let’s not talk about the dirt above the head board coated on the picture wouldn’t recommend needs to be shutdown

The managers and workers at this facility have no customer service skills whatsoever, I can't believe that they are even a business with the way they do customers. They are rude disrespectful dishonest and shouldn't have a business especially in the United States. A little consideration for other humans would work wonders for them. The rooms are clean, I liked the place, enough to add a day, but then they over charged me and blamed the issue on me, accused me or reserving a room at a completely different city like I'm an idiot and refused to look at all the proof I had over the discrepancy while yelling at me being rude and refusing to give me my refund, absolutely will never come to this place again. They should be ashamed at how get treat people. This is the United States have some customer service skills or don't run a business here.
