This is a cute little studio! The bed was comfy and the shower was nice and HOT! We stayed during very cold weather, so we didn't walk to the nearby shops, but the location was great.

vacation week for suppose and myself
We really liked the location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was pretty clean. Towel rack by shower needs repaired. Towels and bracket fall off when you tried to hang towels up. The kitchen was poorly stocked. We did not have enough dishes and utensils to prepare any of our food. We had to eat out all the time. We were really disappointed with linens. We each had one bath towel, one only hand towel in the bathroom, and no kitchen towels at all. That was our biggest disappointment. We did use two towels in a tub that were marked for non use. We stayed 6 nights so linens were very inadequate. The hostess seemed lovely when we communicated. Overall I would give it a 7. If the kitchen and linens were better stocked, I would rent the efficiency again. We liked the little porch. Restaurants were very good and we could walk to them. The street the restaurants were on were pretty and beautifully light. The service and food were great.

Great Location
The location of the property was excellent. Close to many restaurants and bars, plus right down the street from downtown/convention center. Tons of street parking and an overall quite neighborhood. Only downside was the property lacked some basic amenities (i.e. pans, bowls, towels/paper towels, hangers). Had to get creative when making food. Great place to stay if you are only looking for a place to sleep.

Every year my sister and I plan a different get away and we were very pleased with the cozy studio for our get away this year. It was so conveniently located to a very nice Ft. Worth downtown area with lots of restaurant options - that were within walking distance. So convenient and fun!

Good for Singles/ Couples to access Magnolia
The place looked a little sketchy at first as it’s in back of an apartment building in a quaint neighborhood. But the owners did a good job of making it feel like home and safe at night with lots of lighting. The amentities inside were not updated but didn’t seem to matter as I had everything I needed it was very clean. The bed was comfy. I was a very short walk to many bars and restaurants and my companies office on Magnolia. Would stay here again.

Sweet little place!
My boyfriend and I came to Ft Worth for a concert and we can’t say enough good things about our time spent at this property! It is perfectly tucked in to the cutest neighborhood and we felt really safe. So many cool shops and yummy food choices within walking distance. The property felt very clean and was perfectly made for two. Our host was very easy to communicate with and we even got to check in a little early! We hope to come back soon:)
