Service lacking
Hotel was ok but service could be better. On checkin they sent us to the 3rd floor no elevator. I requested an alternative room and the lady told me the hotel was full. The room 333 was very small, hot, could not open the windows. The hotel did not look full, we never saw people in the lobby or checking in or out, nor lots of people hauling their luggage along the corridors or up the stairs.

Veldig skuffet over så sein innsjekking, ble bare problemer og mye ekstra stress på en dag der vi skulle være med familie og venner og bare kose oss og slappe av. Nebbete dame i resepsjonen var extra provoserende. Da vi forstår at renholdere har mye å gjøre..... Forventer ett hyggelig svar enten det er ja, eller nei når jeg spør på en hyggelig måte.

Lite hyggelig opphold
Hotellet er under oppussing og virker ikke ferdigstilt til å ta imot gjester. Det ligger fortsatt materialer på tomten.Dusj drypper, toalett brille virker ikke , søppelbøtte på rom er defekt. Casting på tv virker ikke. Dårlig og lite utvalg på frokost.I tillegg stengte hele hotellet kl 12 søndag uten at dette ble informert om i forkant/ved booking. Housekeeping begynte å banke på døren 11.15

Jolie hôtel, malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé, chambre et salle de bain très petite pour 4. Personnel très gentil et petit déjeuner bon. Pour le repas du soir nous n’avions le choix que d’un plat autant pour les adultes que les enfants et aucun autre restaurant ouvert le dimanche soir dans le village, heureusement une station service était juste en face de l hôtel avec un tout petit restaurant juste en face, assez dommage.

Merkelig frokostservering
Bestilte rom på Villa Vågå. Fikk rom i et annet bygg, 500 meter unna, uten at det fremkom i bestillingen. Fikk beskjed om at frokost ble levert til rommet, og den sto fremme i varmen og ikke i kjøleskapet da vi ankom og det var mat til bare en person. Klagde på frokosten og fikk supplert med litt mere mat, men de mente fortsatt at vi skulle spise maten som hadde stått fremme hele dagen. Hotellets hjemmesider skrøt av både restaurant og basseng. Basseng var ikke åpent, og restauranten var stengt. I følge hotellets sider skulle det være flere restauranter i nærheten, og det stemte vel, men ingen var åpen kl 1900 en fredag kveld. Da ble det pizza takeaway fra YX. Glass og tallerkener på rommet var skittent og nedstøvet. I resepsjonen fikk vi også høre at rommet skulle være en suite, men det var bare et lite dobbeltrom. Anbefales ikke.
Kjølevarer hadde stått i varmen hele dagen.
