Ground floor accommodation - part of the owners' farmhouse, who live on site, comprising of; 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom next to each bedroom, a large comfortable lounge with a woodburner and central heating for cooler days, 3 sofas, 2 armchairs large wall mounted TV (French & English channels), coffee tables, 2 foot stools; a fully equipped kitchen diner with gas and electric 4 ring hob, fan oven, full size dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric filter coffee machine, slow cooker, 50/50 fridge freezer and a wine fridge, Dining table and 4 chairs, 4 bar stools. You will stay in completely private accommodation with your own entrance door. There is shared use of the garden, which is fenced and gated. You will have exclusive use of the pool from May to September. Secluded and private with access down a small lane set in the countryside in the middle of a working arable farm - no livestock- just crops surround the house. The owners, Annie & Jon, have 3 cats and a friendly dog who you can interact with or not as you choose.
