Good value for a stopover
This hotel is well located, in one of the main strips in the town of Niort, and walking distance to the main squares and sights. This hotel is very basic, no frills, but suitable for a stopping through stay. The only issue I had was that we were checking in on a. Sunday. Check in on the site said it wasn't until 3pm. We arrived at about 4.30pm to find that on a Sunday the office doesn't reopen until 7.30pm. We had a fair bit of waiting to do but it was fine. Good value for the money.

Basic and value for money hotel stay!
Stayed here for 1 night, on my way south. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. My room was in an annex next to the main block. The room met basic needs only. 1 plastic chair, a ledge as a table, no carpet, but the bed was comfortable! The bathroom was basic but clean. Breakfast buffet was adequate. So overall a basic but adequate overnight stay!

Good location, walking distance to lovely centre
Hotel was easy to find and lots of parking available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pleasant, self service in hotel reception area. Rooms were compact with small en suite bathroom but all clean and well presented. Hotel rated as 2 star, I would agree with 2/3 star. My only issue was that the bed was very hard. Overall happy for the price that we paid.

We stopped off here for one night only. The rooms were very small and the bathroom was split by a thin screen. Walls were paper thin too. However, the staff the room was modern and clean and for the price we paid - you can't complain.

Chambre très loin des photos publiées sur le site. Moquette sale au sol / murs sales et troués / salle de bain minuscule avec douche séparée par un rideau plastique / séparation chambre salle de bain avec un rideau plastique / le WC est un sanibroyeur qui fait un bruit hallucinant dont profite tout l'étage / Chaleur excessive dans la chambre / Petit-déjeuner bas de gamme. Seul point positif : parking à disposition

L'hôtel est très bien placé car il est proche du centre ville. Mais la chambre que nous avions était petite et une salle d'eau vraiment très vieille. Dommage.

Malgré une réservation faite en amont, je n'ai pas pu honorer la nuitée pour des raisons qui ne me sont pas imputables. La direction de l'hôtel a eu une excellente écoute à mon encontre.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Chambre minuscule, moquette d'un autre temps, la "salle de bain" est séparée de la chambre par un bout de plastique. La TV est miniature il est impossible de brancher un câble HDMI. Mauvaise isolation sonore. Le petit déjeuner est un sketch, très peu de choix, vous n'aurez droit qu'à un demi croissant, une demi chocolatine et deux pauvres bouts de pain. J'ai mieux compris pourquoi il faut payer les petits déjeuners à l'avance... Le personnel est néanmoins agréable, l'hôtel bien situé et le parking pratique. Dernière fois dans un Brit hôtel !
