very clean and well kept basic self contained apartment. the bunk beds were a bit small but rest of the stay was quite comfortable. we appreciated the clean kitchen and bathroom with a nice hot shower.

Disaster and worst Top 10 holiday park
The worst Top 10 holiday park that I have stayed (5-6 of them). I should have stayed in other motels (a lot are cheaper and better just nearby). You need to pay and pay, rent (kitchen set) else nothing in the communal kitchen, one microwave was down and no one came to repair, no bath towel - only for rent, Only one common GENT with 2 toilet cubicles and 2 shower rooms only (to be shared among all the cabins & caravans (could be more than 20 man and boys during my stay - formed a queue in the Gent, no hairdryer for Gent, ran out of toilet paper in one cubicle and NO replacement for 2 days; ladies - 3 toilet cubicles only, hairdryer is blowing cold air only.... Is this DOC campsite???

Kitchen was not equipted with anything and you were able to rent basic kitchen supplies for a fee. Washing machine and dryer fee was also quite expensive.

It was one of our favourite accomodation we stay in our 2 weeks in New Zealand. The cabin was spacious, nice and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Even an electric frying pan. The view from the cabin was nice.

Overall this Top10 was very good safe and warm. Found cleanliness could have been a little better. we found mold in corner of shower mentioned to manager and she managed to get cleaner to return however mold still present.
