Nice people, but not very good managed
The guests were nice and always helpful. But they do not clean if you do not ask, we found a lot of insects in the room, the water did not work very well, the television was not working well and the air-condition too.

Foi excelente a estadia. Todos os dias o quarto era limpo, independentemente do horário que o quarto era esvaziado. Excepcional o atendimento dos pessoal, sobretudo nas informações de passeios. COm certeza indico.

Enviado general buena la limpieza y el desayuno, debo aclarar no hay internet y además uno de los laterales datos a un taller donde se reúne gente y se oyen gritos y música hasta muy tarde,la ropa de cama limpia y la pieza cuenta con una pequeña mesa, una TV muy vieja, falta alguna silla perchas en el placar y por lo demás calidad aceptable.Ah no te permiten llevar la llave cuando te retiras.

Horrível
Experiencia horrível, quantos sujos, lençol de cama cheios de sangue com mofo, banheiro cheio de baratas e teias de aranhas, nem as casas da bruxas tem essas quantidades de teias, quantos fedidos. Imagina o banheiro, descarga não funcionava, não tinha coragem nem de usar o vaso sanitário.

infelizmente nossos quartos nao estavam arrumados, depois ficamos sabendo de um evento negativo na familia do proprietario, porem providenciaram lanche para todo o grupo enquanto aguardavamos os quartos

Pousada ruim sem capricho suja com poeira de cupim
Pousada ruim , sem capricho, suja! Lençóis manchados e toalhas encardidas. Tinha uma janela quebrada no banheiro aí pedi pra trocar e deram um quarto com sujeira de cupim no chão embaixo dos batentes! O quarto né foi varrido! Ar condicionado não funciona.Mas o café da manhã até que estava razoável.

Não recomendo pra ninguém a não ser pelo preço
Primeira coisa: fiquem espertos! Todos os quartos listados constam como cama de casal e com minibar mas palavras da própria gerente "nem todos os quartos tem minibar", sem falar que ela disse que foi o Hotéis.Com que cadastrou errado, quando na verdade quem faz isso é quem cadastra a hospedagem no site. Ao chegar na pousada (a noite) uma doce senhora me atendeu, super prestativa e educada. No entanto, segundo ela a "gerente" havia separado um quarto com cama de solteiro e sem minibar, diferente da minha reserva. Ela disse que não poderia fazer nada até porque havia só mais um quarto disponível que ja estava reservado e que estava na mesma condição. No dia seguinte, a "gerente" quis dizer que a culpa do erro na reserva não era da pousada mas eu mostrei pra ela que no app que todos os quartos disponíveis para reserva eram com cama de casal e minibar. Ao interrompê-lo quando tentou me convencer de que a culpa era da Hoteis.Com ela ainda acho que eu estava sendo grosseiro, pasmem! Não bastasse isso, a pessoa ainda insistiu em dizer que minha reserva havia sido feita por outro sistema que não o da Hoteis.Com. Enfim, se o objetivo é pagar pouco, e não tiver outra opção, fique lá, mas se puder evitar, eu com certeza não recomendo!

Pousada muito simples, instalações e roupa de cama velhos. Porém, o ar condicionado e chuveiro elétrico funcionam bem. Vale à pena se quiser gastar pouco.

Fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos
O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício e com excelente localização. Foi possível irmos do hotel para o Paraguay e Puerto Iguazu utilizando transporte público. Da mesma forma para os principais pontos turísticos, e inclusive ida e volta do aeroporto.

Estrutura decepcionante
Nas fotos da pousada ja sabia que seria simples e sem luxo, sem problemas. Porém, foi pior...limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Meu quarto era bemmmm pequeno, e tinha uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro (pedi 2 de solteiro). Lençois manchados, finos e unicos. só tinha um lençol em cada cama e um edredom extremamente nojento. A equipe do hotel (recepcionistas) são atenciosas e estão sempre prestativas, mas elas nao tem oque fazer. Cabe ao dono providenciar melhorias.
