Escorpiao no banheiro!
Encontramos um escorpiao dentro do box do chuveiro a noite que deve ter vindo pelo ralo. Fomos ate a recepcao e nao havia ninguem para atender, encontramos um outro casal que estava tentando sair para ir ao Carnaval, porem todas as portas estavam fechadas e com cadeado. Nao fica ninguem a noite na recepcao e as portas ficam fechadas. Se acontecer alguma coisa nao tem como sair da Pousada, so se quebrar o vidro da recepcao. Informamos a atendente na manha seguinte sobre o escorpiao, porem ela ficou quieta e nem deu qualquer satisfacao. Cafe da manha satisfatorio e o quarto estava limpo. Porem nao sei se vale a pena pelo valor cobrado, ha outras opcoes melhores.

Muito estressante
Chegamos lá e tinham vendido nossa reserva e todos os quartos da nossa categoria estavam esgotados. Eu e meu marido estávamos exaustos da viagem e tivemos que insistir pra que colocassem a gente em outro quarto. Por sorte havia um último quarto vago que era para 6 pessoas. Queriam que a gente pagasse a diferença do valor dos quartos. Foi muito estressante. No fim deixaram que a gente ficasse nesse quarto sem pagar nada mais. O estacionamento é por meio de fileiras de carros, então fui acordada para que tirasse meu carro para que outro carro pudesse sair. A cama era boa e os lençóis limpos, chuveiro quente e ar condicionado funcionando. Só queríamos um lugar pra tomar banho e dormir, o hotel serviria bem se não fosse o desrespeito com as reservas feitas. Deveriam tb preparar melhor quem fica na recepção, pois a recepcionista deixou claro que não sabia mexer no computador e não entende de reservas online.

Não recomendamos, quarto sujo e com bichinhos...
Já conhecia foz e essa foi a pior estadia que tive! O quarto que nos colocaram tinha janela, porém estava mal posicionada, onde não entrava luminosidade na parte da cama! Caiam muitos bichinhos do forro do teto, o banheiro estava todo mofado, inclusive o chuveiro, pedimos para fazer limpeza no quarto após o 3 dia que estávamos hospedados e quando chegamos a tardezinha não havia feito e nem sabiam onde estava a chave, nos assustamos quando disseram que poderia estar na porta 😡... Um total descaso com os dias que ficamos lá! Não recomendo para ninguém que esteja a procura de local agradável para ficar!

Péssimo atendimento.
O ar condicionado do meu quarto estava derramando agua, eu acabei não dormindo no hotel. Quando voltei pela manhã para buscar minhas coisas e tomar o café, minha amiga me disse que minhas coisas estavam encharcadas. As duas moças que estavam trabalhando no local colocaram as roupas para secarem, mas quando fui buscar, ainda estavam úmidas. Questionei o que houve com o ar, é uma delas me disse que a culpa era minha, eu deveria ter avisado antes e disse em voz alta na frente de outras pessoas. Estavam totalmente despreparadas, e eu precisava da roupa pra um compromisso, precisei pegar emprestada. Não se coloca a culpa de um aparelho sem manutenção em um hóspede.

Sendo a mais barata, o preço é condizente com o nível de conforto. As instalações são simples, na recepção há um aviso de que a troca de toalhas não é feita todos os dias e no banheiro não há comodidades (sabonete, shampoo,...). Poucas pessoas cuidando para ajudar hóspedes e dar segurança. Café da manhã bom e localidade (em frente ao shopping) é um diferencial.

Amadorismo e total falta de empatia
Foi decepcionante desde a chegada, precisei caçar alguém que fizesse nosso check in.A recepção fica abandonada. Nossa reserva não tinha café da manhã e no site de compra não havia qualquer menção que não estava incluído. Quem fez o check in disse que não podia fazer nada e que a dona nos procuraria para resolver, mas simplesmente nos ignorou e não resolveu a questão. Tomamos café fora durante toda a hospedagem. Na entrada no quarto não haviam toalhas de banho, nem papel higiênico. Os lençóis estavam rasgados e avisamos na recepção, mas NINGUÉM foi trocar. O visual do quarto é OK, mas é tudo mal instalado: torneira frouxa, porta toalhas soltos. Até o trinco da fechadura estava solto e ficamos um tempão tentando arrumar enquanto uma atendente ficava nos assistindo ao invés de chamar alguém para consertar. A equipe inteira da pousada está mais preocupada em bater papo e assistir TV. Cabides? Não tem, precisa falar com a dona para conseguir... mas como ela nos ignorou a estadia inteira, penduramos nossas roupas na cabeceira das camas. Na diária tinha estacionamento incluido, mas nosso carro ficava o dia inteiro na rua porque estavam fazendo uma reforma e utilizavam o pátio para os pedreiros, só podíamos usar à noite. (Só que ninguém avisou isso quando contatamos o hotel para confirmar a reserva) No check out foi como se tivessem feito um favor em nos hospedar. A atendente nem me olhou na cara, muito menos perguntou se correu tudo bem ou pediu desculpas pelos transtornos.

Ett enkelt vandrarhem med för priset helt Ok. Damen/tjejen som var föreståndare var hur trevlig som helst. Pousadan ligger mitt emot et stort köpcenter så man kan få vad som helst. Ca 10 minuter att gå till terminalen där buss 120 tar dig till fallen. Hur bra och billigt som helst. Vill Ni åka vidare T.ex till Buenos Aires finns busstationenen bara5 minuter bort med taxi. Ett alldeles utmärkt val om man reser på budget dessutom bra Wi-fi

É uma pousada simples, mas o custo-benefício compensa, principalmente para aqueles que vão passar o dia todo fora. Funcionários educados, quarto simples mas com boa cama, ar condicionado e chuveiro. A a Tv não era muito boa, porém isso não atrapalhou minha estadia. A pousada fica ao lado de um shopping que também possui um supermercado. Voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza.

Pousada simples. Quartos muito simples, porem, cama boa e chuveiro bom. Cafe da manha bem servido. O que deixa a desejar é a limpeza dos quartos. A localização é boa, tem onibus e shopping em frente. Uma dica, peça para ficar nos quartos que não ficam para a rua. Tem muito movimento e barulho!
