1.I reported to the hotel receptionist (2 times) there was problem with the hot water in the bathroom. Unfortunately nothing has been done, so I reported this issue for the 3rd time. The maintenance person came and said that his colleague will connect another gas bottle to improve the heating of the water.
So , my wife had a shower, but I had cold one again. Next morning again no Hot Water.
This issues with hot water were reported previously by other guest (please check your records), but hotel management done nothing.
2. No wifi in the bedroom.
3. Swimming pool out of order, hotel not inform us about this.
4. During checkouts, hotel try charge us for not consumed items by us. This was small amount, but this is still not acceptable.
5. Hotel not supply any complementary water, I think this should be minimum standard.
I can only report, that we like the morning breakfasts.
I do not recommend this hotel.
