Area around the hotel feels unsafe in evenings when groups of men are gathered and disruptive. Location close to the train station and the messe is very appealing.

My stay at the Bristo Hotel came with some ups and downs. The hallways were dimly lit, making it challenging to walk around at night. Be sure to shower early, as the water is cut off by 8:00 AM, which was a hassle. One morning, I witnessed the front desk staff shouting at a guest for inquiring about the water situation, which reflected poorly on the hotel’s customer service. The internet connection was also unreliable, only working for a few hours before dropping, making it difficult for international travelers like myself to stay connected. Street-facing rooms were quite noisy at night, impacting sleep quality. On the brighter side, the hotel does clean the rooms daily, though they did forget to refill the soap dispenser during my stay. The real highlight was the breakfast, which was delicious, with excellent service from the waitstaff, who kept the dining area clean and organized after each guest. While there were some positives, several improvements are needed to make this hotel a more comfortable place to stay.

Never again in rhis property . The breakfast is very poor no cafe no milk . It is really a disaster i don t recommend rhis hotel to any body honestly even expedia i will never book through you .upon arrival they gave us a room very dirty and stinks . We change to another room but it is very small . I am reqlly disappointed

Good value for the price. Room was clean, elevators work, lobby was nice, bathroom was clean and nice, ac works, location by rail station was good, staff speak English. Carpet was dirty so had to wear sandals, wifi didn't work one day, pillow was terrible, my key card got deactivated, room had some outside noise. Area around hotel is not the best but not necessarily unsafe. It is a 2.5 star hotel but depending on the price, could be worth considering.
