After getting your luggage walk outside and wait for the yellow shuttle bus that'll take you to Terminal 1. From there the hotel is walkable. There is also dree wi-fi throughout the airport and at the hotel.

one thing make me feel bad

Beautiful Hilton Garden Inn. Staff needs to be retrained concerning all nationalities pass through. We can be tired and or a bit cranky. We don’t always communicate the language. A smile from you is a huge help.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. It was a quick walk from the train platform, making it super convenient for my family of 5. Our three adult daughters shared a room and it was tight but the accommodations were very nice from the finishes, to the comfort of the pullout bed and the shower amenities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Right by/in airport, 10 minute shuttle bus to terminal 2. Quick efficient booking in. Went to a restaurant in the wider terminal as restaurant was closed.

So I chose this place because I thought it would be an easy way since my flight back to the US early in the Morning. I had to park in the Square Parking area, which is not walkable to the hotel, one has to take a train, then walk through the airport and through the entire Square shopping Center to get back to the hotel. Imaging having luggage. The staff was not helpful, the carpets on my floor where dirty and there were no wash cloth in the room… Never again!

Beware of early check in - they want more $$
I arrived from an 11 hour flight from the USA at around midday. My options to check in were: wait 3 hours for no fee, or check in now for a fee of Euro 39. I chose to pay as I was exhausted from a long flight and various delays. The room was ready, hotel not full - I am actually disgusted at this greed on Hilton's part of fleecing tired travelers for yet more money, Ss much so, I will no longer stay at Hilton properties, nor will I book my clients and colleagues into Hilton properties. Truly the very worst of corporate greed when there was absolutely no need to take such advantage.
