Great Place & Great Hosts
What a wonderful place! Matthias and family are super hosts. They made our stay most memorable. And their rental, so beautiful. The countryside is amazing. The apartment was clean and cozy. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Wir waren als Familie hier im Urlaub und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Gastgeber Matthias verpflegte uns mit tollen Infos zur Umgebung und auch mit frischen Bio-Eiern von den Hühnern im Hof :-) Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern, es hat uns an nicht gefehlt. Ausflüge zum Chiemsee, auf die Kampenwand oder sogar bis zum Königsee im Berchtesgadener Land sind wunderbar erreichbar.

Eine schöne Woche in Frasdorf

Toller Urlaub, tolle Umgebung, tolle Vermieter
Wir haben zu Viert eine Woche Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung bei Familie Schmitz gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super, bereits schon vor unserer Anreise und auch vor Ort war alles bestens. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man kann viele Ausflugsziele auf kurzem Wege erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragend: Sehr herzliche Gastgeber eine schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Kampenwand. Für alle, die sich eine Auszeit von Hektik und Lärm wünschen und sich nach Ruhe in der Natur sehnen. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen.

Un magnifique séjour
La maison est dans un véritable écrin de verdure et un havre de paix. Dans un petit hameau loin de la route, le jardin est arboré et fleuri avec des jeux pour enfants La maison est très chaleureuse et bien équipée. Mathias est un hote attentif et très accueillant. La maison est à 10 min de Prien et du lac de chiemsee. Un supérette est à proximité Nous avons passé un excellent séjour reposant. Nous recommandons sans hésitation

Erholung und Ruhe pur!!!
Super schöne, saubere und von der grösse her passende Fewo für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder in ruhiger Lage, ideal um einfach mal zur Ruhe zu kommen und dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Wir als Familie haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Angefangen von der freundlichen und offenen Art der Hausbesitzer und den Rest der ganzen Familie, die kurzen Wege zur Prien und der Badestelle bei den warmen Temperaturen, der grosse Garten mit Spielgeräten wo man mitnutzen durfte, dem Blick vom Balkon auf die Kampenwand sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht und der Beleuchtung, bis hin zur Lage um seine Ausflüge zu starten. Wir kommen gerne wieder in die Fewo wenn wir unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Region planen und können Sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt
Wir waren sehr angetan von der herrlichen Lage dieser Ferienwohnung. Mitten in der Natur und trotzdem ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto am Chiemsee oder an der Seilbahn zur Kampenwand oder an anderen Erlebnisorten. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, der Kontakt zur Familie sehr nett. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Perfekt für Familien, aber auch ohne Kinder empfehlenswert!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Familie Schmitz sind tolle Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar, offen und sehr nett! Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, es ist soweit alles da, was man im Urlaub brauchen könnte. Super toll fanden wir, dass Dinge wie, Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Küchenrolle, Klopapier, Seife, Waschmittel usw. bereits in der Wohnung sind. Es ist immer wieder nervig im Urlaub diese Alltagsgegenstände zu kaufen und dann unverbraucht zurückzulassen oder zu entsorgen. Im Garten ist für Kinder alles mögliche vorhanden, Kletterstange, Trampolin, Sandkasten, Slackline (auch für Eltern toll). Für Regentage haben wir sogar das Lego/Duplo der Familie Schmitz bekommen. Man fühlt sich also auch, wenn Familie Schmitz zur gleichen Zeit ihren Garten nutzt, nicht wie ein Störenfried. Ich hoffe das beruhte auf Gegenseitigkeit. :) Der Ausblick in die Berge vom Balkon aus ist einfach nur toll! Die Unterkunft ist so naturnah wie nur möglich gelegen (die Prien ist z.B. nur ca. 5-10min zu Fuß entfernt im Wald) und dennoch sehr gut angebunden (Autobahn/nächster Ort ca. 5min mit dem Auto, Chiemsee ca. 15-20min mit dem Auto). Die Spülmaschine hat während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert und konnte leider nicht so schnell repariert/ersetzt werden, woraufhin wir einfach 10% unserer Zahlung zurückerhalten haben. Das fanden wir toll, obwohl wir das gar nicht erwartet haben. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder vorbei!
