Great property close to Winter Park
This property is in a great location, a few miles from Winter Park. Hiking trails and tubing are very close and the Mountain Views from the living room are great! I did wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit but overall, it is a great place to stay if you don’t mind a little driving around town. I would not recommend the ski shuttle, as you have to lug equipment up and down a hill in front of the unit and about a block to the stop.

Needed a central location (near Pole Creek Golf Course, Granby and Winter Park) and this condo was perfect. Easy access off Hwy 40. Clean and comfortable. 4 adults with plenty of room.

The owner was amazing!! Great communication. Got back to me quickly!! Was very flexible with us. The was terrific. Very clean, beds were so comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Wonderful view!! Did not use the pool or hot tub but it was clean and available. Thanks so much for a great stay.

We thought that the property was a home, not a condo, so we were a bit surprised that it was close quarters. Also surprised that the pool was closed, thinking it was an indoor pool. A bit surprised that we were told to strip our beds and put all of the bedding and towels away from their initial location. Also told to take out the trash, etc. For the price we paid we expected better than having to be a part of the cleaning crew when we left. Would not go back there. The recliner couch was non-functional and the bathrooms couldn't have been much smaller. Also, no extra towels were available that we could find and the fireplace didn't give off much heat and was awkward to get going.

This would have been five stars except the lr blinds did not work nor did the recliners in living room. The dishwasher was jammed full with previous guests dishes…they had been cleaned but not put away. The location and quality of the condo was nice. We only spent 12 hrs there so cannot comment on others features of the area.

The condo was perfect for my sweet family, my kids have never been to Colorado and this was in the perfect part of Fraser. The host was awesome and I had to ship my husbands phone here due to it getting broken right before we left and the host had us ship it to her house and she delivered it to condo when it arrived! So very sweet and extra thing she didn’t have to do. Highly recommend
