When we arrived, the lady at the desk was pretty rude, but other than that everyone else was amazing! The diner in there has good food and our waiter was the best❤️

We went down for the night and had a great time. When we got back to our room, we had two double beds. One of the comforters had a huge. I’m assuming bodily fluid stain which was disgusting. We didn’t notice it when we checked in because it was on the underside of it. And by the time we went to bed, we weren’t gonna deal with calling housekeeping, so we just threw it on the ground. And then some of the lightbulbs in the room weren’t working so that was annoying.

The front desk associate was probably knowledgeable about the hotel, casino and restaurants, however, we weren't explained anything. This isnt a problem because we like adventure. Some may find it cold/unwelcoming. The information regarding the casino entry and rewards were also not given out properly. Please do your own research on rewards on their specified app. We were unable to use $30 each that was given to us because of the machines or some mishap that wouldn't have happened if explained correctly. The bar areas were nice, the DJ was great, the slots varied, however the tables were regular. The food court was packed with people! Which is usually a great sign. We ate multiple times while visiting, ... the food, was either old and hard and the Menu/Order Kiosks, again not only weird to us, but some didnt work properly and you feel rushed because of the busy bustle. However.... the french fries were amazing from the sandwich burger/sandwich place. We will definitely be going back to gamble and hangout. As far as the room, it was cleaned, stocked and ... SMELLED AMAZING. I do not get to type that often leaving reviews. Our room was on the 8th floor and over looked the city. We ordered drinks when gambling, they ONLY take cash! Jack and Cokes were not badly priced and they were mixed properly. Self parking was easy to navigate. We didnt leave the parking structure a lot, but it was fine going to and from.
