Bed in Room 300 was way too hard and springs were almost sticking into you. No cushion. Will never stay here again. Finally, I usually stay in Hilton hotels. Not any morre. Unhappy with the two beds in room 300. No quality control at this Hilton hotel.

I made the mistake of not reading the posted reviews, I tried to call and make changes but of course the manager was not available and you can't talk to a live person on hotels.com. I gave up and we went anyway to the hotel. it does not look like the pictures for sure but was pleasantly surprised the rooms were not as bad as the previous ones posted. It was clean not noisy as others stated. The breakfast was adequate for what we paid. The tubs drained and I really did not have any complaints for the value and what we paid for the room.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is pretty old and the elevator takes a very long time to close. The elevator buttons had to be constantly pressed in order for it to work.
