We had a lovely mother-daughter weekend!
Positives: we were able to walk to great places. Close proximity to the Pacofic War Museum and Otto’s. Fun little place! A real historic cabin which is awesome. More cultural than a hotel. Great amenities— they provided a really nice bottle of wine and continental breakfast, board games, and fans which worked great.
Negatives: even though the fans worked well and made it comfortable to sleep, it was HOT! This isn’t their fault as I’m sure a 19th century cabin doesn’t have much insulation, but thermostat said it was 79 degrees inside. No Wi-Fi (which can be good or bad, depending on how you look at it.) Everything was pretty dusty, but we didn’t mind. It’s a cabin after all.
Overall was a nice stay, we just wouldn’t book this place again since there are so many other great options in Fredericksburg!
