You'll also find a cozy breakfast nook and breakfast bar, making this home ideal for families and wine enthusiasts. The home also features an open concept living area with Streaming TV, and two bedrooms with plenty of natural light and homey touches.

The outdoor space is unbeatable, with 2 seating areas, a gas fire-pit, charcoal grill, yard games, PLUS a custom cabana with a wine bar, seating, and a streaming TV! For those traveling with their pet, the yard is fully fenced, and includes a complimentary dog waste station. This thoughtfully designed and conveniently located home is perfect for the whole family and all your furry friends!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great place - beware of pet fee
When we booked, the pet fee was not listed. After I booked assuming the pet fee was included in the booking, I got an email that it was $45 a day for my dog. I had to pay $135 for my dog to stay on top of the rental fees. When I replied back and asked them if I could pay before we arrived due to the unexpected high charge that I was now locked into, the management company said that would not be fair to other customers in charge my card or the $135 without my consent. When we arrived at the house, The backyard was an overgrown mess and the air-conditioning was not working. When I called the service number they sent over someone pretty quickly to fix it. Other than that the house itself was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very very much.

My Granddaughter and I have wanted to take a trip together for several years. We're so glad we chose Hackberry Hideaway. The house was perfect for our stay. After a long day of shopping it was so nice to chill out at the house and just relax. We loved the shower! We would stay here again!
