I would stay here again. However we did have an issue with check in. We were told rooms werenā€™t ready and would need to wait 20 minutes which turned into to be about 45. We had 3 rooms and only 2 were ready. Had to wait but then given a room on different floor Breakfast was good. A nice variety

Great hotel for the price!
Our room was recently remodeled so it was lovely. There was evidence of all the remodeling going on but we didn't hear it. The breakfast buffet was good, just didn't have the usual cold items. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a prepaid reservation. When we checked in, the desk clerk charged my credit card $176 for incidentals. When we checked out the desk person couldnā€™t tell if it was charged or not. Said either way it would come off in 3-5 days. Still on my credit card & itā€™s been 2 weeks! Iā€™m now having my credit card company dispute the charges. Donā€™t stay here!

The room we had was very nice. On the other hand, there was almost no hot water to take a shower. My problem is that the front desk knew there were issues on the second floor and yet they put us there anyway, knowing that they had issues.

The hotel was recently renovated. The finer details were definitely missed. There was white paint or plaster all over the place, including the hallways. The trim in the bathroom was very poorly done. Itā€™s a shame because the room was very comfortable, but it was hard to miss these poorly done touches. On a side note we wanted a Pibb from the machine. It turned out to be a Dr Pepper and was six months out of code. Breakfast not too exciting. I would stay here again.

The check-in process was very quick and effortless. The room was clean and updated - I really loved the flooring! The bed and pillows, however, were terrible!! Made for getting a good nights sleep almost impossible.

The only good thing I can say is that Chris at the front desk did a great job at check in. Shortly after being checked in I went to my room to rest after a long drive. The cleaning smell was pretty strong but seemed to get a little better with turning the AC up. There was hammering directly above me so I left to go eat. At night, the strong bleach smell got worse until my eyes were burning at about 1am. Finally fell asleep at 2 with blankets over my head. The hammering started again at 8 am. I did not see anything on Expedia about the hotel being under construction. There are tarps on the roof and Iā€™m guessing there was an issue with water damage. Awful night.
