Moon Creek is the newest addition to the Jeffrey Springs guest community. Located just a few minutes outside of Fredericksburg, you can experience the charm and convenience of downtown while still enjoying the peaceful Texas Hill Country. This newly-built tiny home is situated on private acreage and provides a romantic get-away with all the comforts of home. Amenities in the home include a full kitchen, indoor gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, free WiFi, spa towels, and more!

In the home you will find an open, spacious studio layout with a king bed and sitting area, complete with a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is stocked with the essentials (including snacks for the ponies!), and a dining table with plenty of seating. Additionally, there is a sleeping nook with a full/twin combo bunk bed, bringing the total occupancy of this tiny home to 4. The sleek, modern bathroom has a custom walk-in shower and all new fixtures.

Outside is all the charm and ambience of a working family ranch, complete with miniature horses, working dogs, chickens, and a private pond. Guests can feed the horses or chickens, fish, swim, kayak or paddle board, and collect farm fresh eggs. Moon Creek has a private patio with a conversation-style seating area, and a private hot tub, perfect for romantic getaways or sunset cocktails with friends. There is also a second seating area around the fire-pit, overlooking a scenic Hill Country Vista. Also on the property are two other guest units, Happy Place and Starview. All three can be booked simultaneously for a total occupancy of 12.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin on a working ranch. The owner and their family live onsite and also have 2 other cabin rentals. Due to the Hill Country location, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This is including but not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.

We came down here to escape the 11 degree weather in Nebraska. The weather was perfect, our stay was great.Cute little tiny house with everything we needed.The owners dogs and farm animals were a plus!The 2 dogs greeted us every morning.We will definitely be back!

First off, I would like to say that the property is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the opportunity to pet and feed the animals, as well as have some farm fresh eggs in the morning! We definitely do recommend the property as far as aesthetics and enjoyment goes. However…please do purchase travel insurance if you book this property. My husband and I came here as a sort of “minimoon” after our wedding. Unfortunately, we came down with COVID the day after our wedding. We were supposed to begin our vacation two days after the wedding, but obviously we were too ill to go. That said, we called the property management company, Absolute Charm, as soon as possible to discuss potential options such as rescheduling or canceling with just a partial refund. However, they were unwilling to work with us in any capacity and told us we either had to come or let our trip go to waste. As my husband and I just paid for a wedding, we could not afford to let a $600 trip go to waste. Despite our fears about infecting guests who would be in the Vrbo after us, we decided to go and make the most of our trip after we were feeling a bit better and our symptoms had abated a bit. We ended up staying 2/4 days we had booked, and instead booked another property for two additional days. I hope that in the future, Absolute Charm will make the decision to prioritize customer safety over immediate profit instead of putting its customers in a tough spot. Extenuating circumstances do happen.

A Must Stay At Place!
The tiny home is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The property has so much to offer including amazing views and beautiful stars at night! The animals are all soo friendly! The host was amazing and very responsive to the few questions we had. I highly recommend! So close to town as well!!

Loved the hot tub and location for the most part. The road behind the gate is really hard to get down. We were in an SUV and still struggled. The bed was super comfortable and loved the free coffee! Loved the pets and farm animals too! The heater in the bathroom after a shower was a nice touch! Not a fan of all concrete floors, understand it’s for cleanliness but it feels like walking in a dirty basement. Overall a nice place to stay and would recommend a night cap in the hot tub under the Texas Sky❤️

This property was perfect! It was secluded enough to be relaxing and quiet, but close enough to town to get to do all of the activities whenever we wanted to go into town. The house was just as described in the listing and we loved interacting with the animals on the property. Host responded quickly to any inquiries we had. We will definitely be back!!

We really loved the cabin and the property. Close enough to everything but far enough out for quiet and relaxation. Extremely clean. Great use of space. Animals were delightful. Hot tub and stargazing at night was amazing.
