BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS
My stay was good the only thing I would complain about is the towel situation. This is supposed to be a great quality hotel, but they are so stingy with the towels!!! Lower quality hotels give you more towels than this place. They trade in the towels one for one. First you have to call the front desk to let them know that you need more towels and then they tell you to leave them outside your door and then room service will take 20 min plus to go to your room and replace the exact amount of towels. Imagine if you are coming from the pool and then need to take a shower!!!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and clean. If you are staying for a few days bring a bag of coffee and cream, they have them for the first morning but youā€™ll want your own. Plenty of kitchen essentials are available including bottle opener and corkscrew. Great place and really quiet. Staff are very friendly and welcoming with great guidance if you havenā€™t been to the area before. It is about 10 mins from Kerrville and 35 mins from Fredricksburg. Lovely pool and area with BBQ facilities for the family.

It was fine. It was just nothing special. Felt like a generic apartment w low ceilings. Curtain was broken so I couldnā€™t close it. The water from the shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom. The store only had junk food. And they didnā€™t provide water bottles or coffee creamer in the rooms. It worked.

I definitely recommend the villas.
The villa we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome type villa. It was very close to the pool and recreation hall. My grandsons loved the waterslide at the pool so much that they didn't even want to go to the Jellystone waterpark. There was ping pong, billiards, chess/checkers, shuffleboard, crafts/structured activities, star gazing, frisbee golf. All kinds of things to do. Lots of families were grilling. I loved sitting on the back patio in the morning as I enjoyed those awesome hill country views ... Wow!!!! For what you get the price was more than worth it!
