Charming downtown apartment located in a 2 unit home. Within walking distance to the downtown, yet we have parking! Recently updated for a cozy industrial look. We provide laundry, a king bed, a queen bed, bright and airy kitchen and living room to relax for a little get away.

In the heart of downtown Fredericton. Close to all amenities for walking or driving. Private parking located on site.

You will have access to the downstairs unit, and 2 parking spaces. If you have visitors, they must park on the street.

We have created a bright, clean and airy space to relax in. As you walk to the back of the unit, you enter a cute space to dine in with white cabinets, white wall, and greenery, wood table and a view of the backyard. While this home has many upgrades, it still has a great vibe of old charm.

Walking, biking, or driving. There is a place to park off of the street for guests.

There is a potential for noise. There is a unit on the second floor. Please be mindful of this and quiet time is After 11.
