Photos do not exemplify poor quality of exterior and interior of rooms. Kitchenette and furniture were from the 1950’s. Breakfast was mediocre. Description on Expedia said hotel was short walk to ferry dock, when in reality, it was 25 blocks on a busy highway. We were on the 2nd floor in front with noisy traffic and motorcycles reving their engines all night. I am handicapped and requested a first floor room, and was refused because of booking on Expedia.. I suspect this is partially a weekly rental hotel for the homeless. . All this for $200 night! We would have driven on to another town had it not been for an early morning ferry tide to Maine. Don’t get fooled by BW advertising.

This is a low quality motel. The walls and ceiling are thin and your can hear all your neighbors. The room smelled very musty and the bed linens had not been deoderized and smelled. The breakfast was adequate but the area very crowded.

We stayed on the bottom of 2 floors. There are no elevators. The noise from upstairs was bad. We could hear every time they walked or rolled bags or whatever. The insulation between the 2 floors was not good. I called the front desk once, but it was an ongoing problem.

Our room was very clean and nice. We had been traveling 5 weeks and this hotel was by far the cleanest we had stayed in and very reasonable. The host was very helpful an the breakfastvwas decent. Id definitely book here again

The front desk requested that we fill out a pre order breakfast form (which included 2 eggs and 2 bacon or a waffle) and then didn’t have 2/3 of the breakfast items (bacon or waffles) listed on the preorder form. We waited 15 minutes for breakfast and then confirmed our order and was told there were no waffles or bacon which is why we were waiting. This preorder from should help them get orders out quicker, not the other way around. The staff there were unapologetic as well. Breakfast buffet would be better for this location, they are very disorganized. The tv remote did not work even after we asked for new batteries. The A/C unit clicked all night long when in use, and the walls aren’t sound proof, you can hear people in other rooms. Overpriced for want we received.
