The town of Yarmouth could use an upgrade. The first town visitors see coming off the CAT. The grounds outside the motel could use an upgrade. The rooms were a surprise compared to the outside, they were very clean, refreshing and updated.

This property was well updated and very nice. Keep in mind there are no elevators but the upper floor has a good view out over the bay. They cook the hot portion of the breakfast for you and the rest is self-serve.

The location is perfectly located 5 minutes from the ferry. The exterior of the facility was undergoing an upgrade which limited stairwell access. Otherwise everything else was great!

Property was average. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Check in and out was easy.Like most of the hotels we stayed at in this trip across Maine and Nova Scotia, the bathrooms lacked a safety bar in showers and /or tub as well as anti skid strips/mat. Hotel is located close to the wharf and the Catamaran ferry to Maine. There was no elevator.

This motel is one of the cleanest ive ever been in. As well, the best was very confortable. The staff was also friendly. The price was also very reasonable. The only thing i didmt love is the early breakfast. The included breakfast ended at 0900. Not great for those of us that are not early birds! :)
