Great hotel, Even Better Price!
This hotel was a lot nicer than expected for the price. Overall it was as clean and nice as hotels twice this price. The included breakfast wasn't great, but that's not what I care about. The coffee was good, so that's all that mattered for breakfast. I also forgot a little wall charger for a camera battery, which they had waiting for me at the front desk. I will stay here ever time I'm in Fremont.

We were issued a room that had no bedding and was not clean, the next room they gave us had no pillow cases and the pillows were stained yellow and had mascara stains on them. The bathroom has long hair all over and if you got out of the shower to go into front room your feet got real dirty so i can only assume that the floors were not cleaned. The coffe holder had drops of coffe on it.

Comfortable bed and good price point. Inconsistencies from nice/soft towels to worn out and torn. Shower set-up should be easier—when you have to provide instructions for showering there’s a problem!! Television way too difficult to find good viewing options! Key cards only worked for one of our two night stay. Overall, improved from our prior stay years ago.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
The daytime front desk clerk on the weekend is severely lacking in manners, and could most definitely benefit by following a career path in a different industry. Hospitality is not high on the list here. Manager information should be available upon request at any time. We were denied even getting that information until police has to be involved. Room smelled like pot upon arrival. Just a very low quality hotel for the cost. Super disappointed.

Our room was pretty dirty. Towels were really old, stained and dirty and ratted at the ends. The back door didn’t open with a key. Our room had the smoke alarm covered with a plastic bag and it definitely smelled like someone had been smoking. And it wasn’t us. Kinda a bad place to stay.
