I went to first check in and the person was so rude from the beginning and tried checking me into a room that I didn’t request. Then to top it off, I don’t know what kind of bug that was in the bathroom, but I also know that a mouse ate half of my crunch bar that we bought in the vending machine.

Staff not as friendly as the council bluff staff. There were only 2 towels for 4 adult guests. Needed to leave before bkft open. Asked if there was anything we could have and there was no accommodation. Also one guest who did stay for bkft reported no pancake batter was available.

my friend and i just stayed here to spontaneously get out of the house and we were greeted by the kindest and most informative staff i’ve ever come by. i was skeptical about the place being nasty since it was a cheap stay but that wasn’t the case at all!! this place is so nice and for some reason smells soooo good lol. the rooms are spacious and clean - we had such a good time hanging out there for the night!! thanks so much
