I want to say that our 3 day stay was amazing. The staff was absolutely amazing. we traveled with 2 other couples and we were on different floors and they accompanied all of us so that we could be on the same floor. I highly recommend this location it is in the heart of EVERYTHING! I will definitely return here when I come visit again!!

We choose to book this property because of the location to Bourbon St. and other surrounding areas. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and the staff were very friendly. Another reason we chose this location was because it was not overpriced for a king room with a courtyard view. They offered me a balcony room upon check-in which was great, however it was two double beds which is not something we wanted or needed. We booked a king room with a courtyard view. We were very disappointed with the room that we were given upon check-in, because we had an interior room with no windows, which was another thing we wanted to avoid. When I asked the front desk about what I booked versus what I got, they said they place you in whatever king room is available and it may not always be the courtyard view. Also, there was a conference going on during our stay and our room surround the atrium which was where lunches were being held for it. It was a little awkward walking through because we felt like we were interrupting. We did arrive early to the hotel and they held our luggage until our room was ready. The bell hop brought our luggage and unfortunately we didn’t realize the Jordan sweatshirt and beats pros that were placed on top of our luggage were missing until we were ready to leave. Lost and found was checked but lesson learned, always keep your items inside your luggage.
