Well... Parking was $50 and I believe that was way too much. The bed was comfortable BUT THE PILLOWS WERE TERRIBLE. I HAD HARD FOAM PILLOWS. REQUESTED 2 KING FEATHER PILLOWS.... THEY BROUGHT ME 2 MORE HARD FOAM PILLOWS. I CALLED FRONT DESK AGAIN AND REQUESTED 2 KING FEATHER PILLOWS AND THEY BROUGH ME 2 STANDARD FEATHER PILLOWS THAT WERE TINY AND WORN OUT. I would not expect this from a hotel that advertises HEAVENLY BEDS.... how about buying some heavenly pillows.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The only two complaints I would have is that there wasn’t a complementary breakfast and the bed was too firm making it too difficult to sleep. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

On arrival, was greeted well and checkin went OK. WiFi wasn’t working and was told that it was expected to be up within the next day. WiFi continued to be out, however the hotel provided a room rate reduction which I as more than happy with. Great location on the river and a short walk to Bourbon Street. Throughly recommended

Best of the Big Easy
Great stay at the Westin. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and the views of the city and river are fantastic. The room was clean and the bed linens and pillows were very comfortable. It was priced on the high side but worth the extra few dollars for the safety and amenities offered.

It’s been 33 yrs.since we stayed here on our wedding night!!! It was a Great place than and it’s Still a Great place today!! The only issue is the fact that they have the Best location for a Great Restaurant overlooking the River and are not using it!! I hope they Open their Restaurant location once again shortly….Overall a Great time!!

There was a mix up with my reservation. I went through Hotels.com. The reservation was pulled up. A new booking was then completed. I pointed out the mistake a couple of hours later. It was not corrected until 3 days later. All I was given was we apologize. I just thought they could have deleted the second.

When I returned to my room one night, the towels were not restocked. I was too tired to ask for one. Next morning, not having the bathroom mat, I had a bad fall. I let the person know at the desk in the morning on my way out. Towels were not restocked again. So I called. Waited an hour, and went down to the desk and let them know. Waited another hour, I had to call again for towel. It was a big disappointment—having to wait almost a whole day for my towels. They could have done better.
